Germantown Athletic Club Moves Toward Final Major Revitalization Phase

The Germantown Athletic Club (GAC) is preparing to complete its multi-year facility transformation. Following years of prudent financial management and a strategic pause to rebuild capital reserves, the Board of Mayor and Aldermen on September 28 approved a $4,206,815 construction contract that clears the runway for the final major piece of a master plan designed to modernize the popular facility for its nearly 12,000 members.
